Mibrasa's new range of grill tools for charcoal ovens and open grills is a fact. The new range includes a variety of classic grids and grills - both single and double - as well as a smoke and steam box, which allows chefs to experiment with different ways of smoking such as different types of wood, herbs and liquors, while adding more depth in the already rich taste of the roasts. The range also includes a flambadou, which uses a centuries old technique to sear or baste food by scorching rendered fat over an open flame.
According to the people of Mibrasa, the use of a charcoal oven or an open grill really touches the culinary instincts of a chef and this new set of tools allows them to manage their raw materials (meat, fish, shellfish or vegetables) in the best possible way.
