CONTINUOUS FLOW WATER CHILLERS

The FALLING BLUE and RCS/RCD ranges are continuous-flow water chillers. Their exclusive operating principle is based on the circulation of water from the general network through a stainless steel exchanger immersed in a bath of chilled water: the circuit is closed and prevents any risk of water contamination. Chilled water enables dough to be produced at a constant temperature, depending on climatic conditions, guaranteeing quality and regularity of production.

GAMME

Continuous-casting water coolers are available in 5 models: 

  • Single-tank models: Falling Blue and RCS90;
  • Double-tank models: RCD120 and RCD180.

 

Hourly flow rates are:

  • For water from +20°C to +3°C: 60 and 90 liters for single-tank models;
  • For water from +20°C to +1°C: 120 and 180 liters for double-tank models.
