Features and Functionality

ABSOLUTE VACUUM SENSOR

The absolute vacuum sensor guarantees the perfect vacuum in all circumstances, regardless of air pressure and weather conditions. The machine will automatically stop the air extraction as soon as the set vacuum percentage has been reached. It is also possible to set an extra time of vacuum up to 24’’ for particular products or special processes.

SMART SEALING BAR

The sealing bar of the new conception with a high-pressure sealing system avoids any type of overheating while preserving the components. It guarantees perfect sealing regardless of the number of cycles performed and the vacuum bag thickness. It also allows you to seal metal bags. The counter bar can be easily removed thanks to the fast connectors; no screws or glue are used to fix it. This facilitates lid cleaning and silicone strip maintenance. Power sealing to seal up to 4 overlapped bags.

BODYWORK

Made entirely of stainless steel AISI 304 Orved vacuum chamber is made with a hydroforming process that ensures smooth surfaces, rounded corners, uniform thickness for easy cleaning, and long-lasting quality.
High-thickness blued PMMA (Plexiglass) lid with polished and rounded edges and chromed aluminum alloy die-cast hinges, over-opening from 60⁰ to 90⁰ for easy cleaning.

THE INNOVATIVE VERTICAL CHAMBER

Cuisson vacuum chamber machines are equipped with an additional vertical chamber for easy packaging of liquid products. The vacuum bag can be easily positioned vertically without fear of the liquid spilling from the bag.

AUTOMATIC DATE STAMP

In addition to the vertical chamber, the Cuisson vacuum chamber machine is equipped with an automatic date stamp to imprint the production/expiration date directly on the vacuum bag without any external printer, labels, or ink. The system is installed directly on the top bar and it does not need any device to modify the date, it can be easily done by any operator.

CONTROL PANEL

Digital water-proof control panel with a protection cover. Has 2 displays that allow easy operation Menu accessible to technical assistance for parameter settings and adjustment. Warning messages on display.

PROGRAMS

Operators can easily edit and save in memory 20 preset programs with assignable names, according to their requirements. In addition, Cuisson Line has 12 preset cycles for specific types of food to be preserved or processed, known as Chef Cycles (Smart programs that pre-set automatic procedures designed to simplify a number of manual processes that usually require a lot of time or supervision of a person) as well as 9 deaeration cycles (degas) for solid and liquid food processing or food preservation. The automatic pump dehumidification cycle «Η2Out» is easily accessible to any user and guarantees perfect maintenance of the vacuum pump.
