ABSOLUTE VACUUM SENSOR

The absolute vacuum sensor guarantees the perfect vacuum in all circumstances, regardless of air pressure and weather conditions. The machine will automatically stop the air extraction as soon as the set vacuum percentage has been reached. It is also possible to set an extra time of vacuum up to 24’’ for particular products or special processes.

SMART SEALING BAR

The counter bar can be easily removed thanks to the fast connectors; Power sealing to seal up to 4 overlapped bags. It guarantees perfect sealing regardless of the number of cycles performed and the vacuum bag thickness, while it also allows you to seal metal bags.

BODYWORK

The line of chamber packaging machines is made entirely of stainless steel, from the internal structure, up to the bodywork and vacuum chamber. Orved vacuum chamber is made with hydroforming process that ensures smooth surfaces, rounded corners, uniform thickness for easy cleaning, and long-lasting quality. High- thickness blued PMMA (Plexiglass) lid with polished and rounded edges.

CONTROL PANEL

The packaging cycle is controlled by a waterproof and scratch-resistant digital control panel.

PROGRAMMS

Operators can easily edit and save in memory up to 10 editable programs. The machine features also a pump-drying program (Η2Out) that keeps the pump in optimal condition.

EXTRA PROGRAMMS*

Models IDEA 31 and 41, are equipped with deaeration cycles (degas) for solid and liquid food processing or food preservation plus the ability of Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP).  Thanks to the vacuum-gas (MAP), even the most delicate and soft products can be easily vacuum-packed. The gas will prevent any kind of damage or breakage of the product, ensuring always a perfect vacuum.
