Xenex, a leader in food service equipment, designed and created a state-of-the-art kitchen for Cavo Tagoo in Mykonos. Xenex Steel provided bespoke stainless-steel surfaces that offer durability and aesthetic appeal, while Ambach Ali contributed high-performance cooking stations known for their precision and reliability. The Clayoven Company added its specialized ovens, renowned for delivering superior baking results, and Convotherm equipped the kitchen with innovative ovens that enhance cooking efficiency and consistency. Meiko’s dishwashing systems were also installed to ensure impeccable hygiene and operational sustainability.

In addition to the kitchen, Xenex focused on designing and equipping the bar area to match the restaurant's upscale ambiance. They collaborated with Xenex Steel and Gamko, combining Xenex Steel’s custom fabrication with Gamko’s advanced refrigeration solutions. The result is a bar space that complements the restaurant’s luxurious setting and supports efficient and high-quality service.
