Xenex Designs a high-end kitchen for “La Petite Maison” restaurant in Mykonos.

This summer, “La Petite Maison” opened its doors in Mykonos, bringing its prestigious reputation for exquisite cuisine and refined dining to the island. For this highly anticipated project, the restaurant entrusted Xenex to design and create a state-of-the-art kitchen that would meet its rigorous standards for functionality and elevate its elegance. To ensure the highest level of innovation and quality, Xenex collaborated with leading industry brands, each contributing their specialized expertise to craft a genuinely exceptional kitchen environment that complements and enhances “La Petite Maison's” world-class culinary offerings.

The collaboration with industry’s leaders ensured every element of the kitchen met the highest standards. Marrone contributed custom-designed kitchen surfaces crafted to enhance workflow and efficiency. At the same time, Xenex Steel provided bespoke stainless-steel custom-made surfaces that offer durability, ease of maintenance, and a refined aesthetic, ideally suited to the demanding environment of a top-tier kitchen. Vianen Ventilated Ceilings played a critical role in the project by installing an advanced ventilation system, ensuring optimal air quality and temperature control, which are essential for maintaining a comfortable and energy-efficient workspace.

 

Convotherm supplied its state-of-the-art ovens, which are known for precision and versatility. These ovens enable chefs to consistently produce high-quality dishes while maximizing efficiency.

The industry-leading dishwashing systems of Meiko ensured impeccable hygiene and sustainability through efficient water and energy use, while Gamko provided reliable refrigeration units that preserve ingredients at optimal temperatures, ensuring freshness and quality in every dish.

Brema added high-performance ice makers, delivering a steady ice supply crucial for food preservation and beverage service. At the same time, Jipa enhanced the kitchen with specialized equipment designed to streamline food preparation and boost productivity. Last but not least, Xenex chose Pavailler's baking technology to support the creation of artisanal breads and pastries that meet the restaurant’s high standards.

Together, these collaborations resulted in a state-of-the-art kitchen that supports the restaurant's commitment to culinary excellence and stands as a testament to Xenex's dedication to innovation, quality, and the art of creating exceptional kitchens.
