Our company undertook the design and supply of the hotel restaurants and bars equipment . Thus, Olis open kitchen is fully harmonized with Xenex stainless steel fabrications, while  last technology machines such as Meiko Upster-K dishwasher and Convotherm combi-ovens facilitate the hotel's excellent operation. Galazia Hytra gastronomic restaurant operates inside the resort under the supervision of chef Tasos Mantis. Apart from the kitchen equipment at Galazia Hytra, Xenex also supplied wine fridges from Enofrigo IaM series.
