IKEA trusted Xenex to create a very compact, but fully efficient and well-equipped kitchen for its "new generation" IKEA stores.
The people of Xenex in collaboration with the people of Ikea and Paul Patrikas Foodservice Consultants who undertook the design of the kitchen, had in mind to equip the kitchen of the store's restaurant in such a way so that the staff could serve the guests directly, keeping the food quality as a top priority.
Xenex Steel manufactured all custom stainless steel cabinets and service counters both Front & Back of House incorporating latest technology appliances for all the necessary culinary preparations.

This particular kitchen has been equipped with Convotherm Maxx Pro combi-steamers which help the chefs cope with the fast pace of the day in the best possible way. Olis, with its state of the art products, provides multiple possibilities to the culinary staff, while Frymaster FilterQuick (FQ) low-oil fryers ensured perfect and stable frying results, with the lowest operating costs in the market!
Finally, Xenex Steel refrigerators and Hatco hot display cabinets guarantee optimal preservation conditions of raw materials, but also hot holding of the already cooked food in perfect serving condition!
