ABSOLUTE VACUUM SENSOR  

The absolute vacuum sensor guarantees the perfect vacuum in all circumstances, regardless of air pressure and weather conditions. The machine will automatically stop the air extraction as soon as the set vacuum percentage has been reached.

SEALING BAR 

The sealing bar can be easily removed for easy cleaning.

BODYWORK

The bodywork is made of stainless steel AISI 304 while and the vacuum chamber is made by high quality thermoplastic. The lid is made by ultra-resistant and unalterable curved tempered glass. 

CONTROL PANEL

The elegant and waterproof touch control panel has 4 backlit function keys and 2 alarm alerts.

PROGRAMMS

Preset vacuum levels for storage and sous vide cooking. Automatic pump dehumidification cycle ‘’Η2Out’’ is easily accessible to any user and guarantees a perfect maintenance of the vacuum pump.
